Aldous Huxley (1894–1963) was an English writer and intellectual, renowned for his satirical critiques of society and pioneering explorations of visionary consciousness. He is best remembered for his dystopian masterpiece, Brave New World (1932), and his later non-fiction work on psychedelic experiences, The Doors of Perception (1954).
